Waking up in darkness is one of my least favorite things about winter. After starting taking ginger shots in the morning I have discovered an easy way to boost energy. If you have been unlycky enough to get ill already, these are also very soothing for a sore troat and will unblock your nose – trust me!
Ingredients
- 5 apples
- 500g fresh ginger
Method
- Juice the ginger first, followed by the apples
- Have a shot every morning to boost your immune system!
