
A Norwegian classic, this one is perfect as a healthy snack or as a fresh dessert after a hearty meal!
Ingredients for one
- 1 apple
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 100g cottage cheese
- 25g oats
- Cinnamon and ground cardamom
Method
- Dice the apple and fry with 1tbsp coconut oil until soft
- In another pan, fry the oats in 1tbsp coconut oil until crisp
- Add a pinch of cinnamon and cardamom to both
- Layer the oats, apples and cottage cheese in a glass and enjoy!
