A Norwegian classic, this one is perfect as a healthy snack or as a fresh dessert after a hearty meal!

Ingredients for one

  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 100g cottage cheese
  • 25g oats
  • Cinnamon and ground cardamom

Method

  1. Dice the apple and fry with 1tbsp coconut oil until soft
  2. In another pan, fry the oats in 1tbsp coconut oil until crisp
  3. Add a pinch of cinnamon and cardamom to both
  4. Layer the oats, apples and cottage cheese in a glass and enjoy!
